Returns 

Unfortunately we do NOT accept returns or exchanges as each our floral arrangement is designed specifically for each customer. All sales concluded at Lanver Studio are final. 

In the rare circumstances, if there is a delay due to severe weather conditions or damage during shipment/delivery, contact us immediately at (646) 409-9494. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement should be submitted to lanverstudio@gmail.com or texted to (646) 409-9494.
