SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Product photos represent an overall theme or look which, in some instances, cannot be replicated exactly.

Although the actual arrangement may not precisely match the photo, the overall design direction will always be preserved. Seasonality, market conditions, and availability may cause substitutions of flowers, greenery and vases to occur.

By making a purchase on this website, Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. Necessary substitutions will be at the designer’s discretion.

We will always ensure that the styling and color schematic match the imagery as close as we can and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

WATER

Change vase water every other day. All stems should be submerged.
If your flowers came in a basket or other container with foam, add fresh water every day.

LIGHT / TEMPERATURE

Display your bouquet or flower arrangement in a cool, draft-free area.
Avoid direct sunlight, which causes the flowers to die more quickly.

PRUNING

Immediately remove dead or wilting leaves and stems.
Recut your flower and foliage stems just before putting them back into new water.

HOW TO CARE FOR PRESERVED FLOWERS

Avoid direct sunlight and keep in a temperate climate, ideally around 60°F to 70°F.

Keep the flowers in their box, where they are happiest and handle with care.

No watering or additional maintenance required, only light dusting when necessary.

We feel it is important to mention that all substances used in the preservation process are non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-carcinogenic. The solutions and colorants are the same as those used in food, and textile manufacturing, therefore, they do not represent any health or environmental risk.
